Lou Latham, a research analyst with Gartner, has explored the business impact of collaboration, media technologies, content and document management, Web services, portals and search engines. Pradip Patiath is an Associate Principal and a leader of Knowledge Strategy and Operations practice in the New York Office of McKinsey & Company. His recent experience has included overseeing McKinsey's knowledge-related activities and high profile client engagements.
Claudia Gentner is the Chief Information Officer of Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career services firm. She has hosted a 12-part cable TV series, called HR Issues, and has written for a variety of publications.
Hubert Saint-Onge is a respected advisor to Fortune 500 companies and is widely recognized as a leading practitioner in the field of knowledge management. For over a decade, he has refined a model known as the Knowledge Assets Framework for the strategic integration of business plans with people management systems, using technology architecture and organizational infrastructure. This keynote will be supported by a panel discussion featuring Bipin Junnarkar, leader of the Data & Knowledge Management efforts in the new Hewlett-Packard, and Scott Shaffar, Knowledge Management Program Manager for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector.
