Open Text acquires Bluebird Systems to Strengthen Collaborative Solutions for SCM and CRM
Open Text Strengthens Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management solutions
Carlsbad, CA - 2000-10-25 - Open Text Corporation (Nasdaq: OTEX, TSE: OTC), a worldwide leader of collaborative commerce software for e-business, today announced the acquisition of Bluebird Systems of Carlsbad, California. Bluebird is a specialist in the delivery of solutions for PeopleSoft applications such as Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Expense Reporting. Bluebird Systems has 68 employees. Senior management of Bluebird will remain with Open Text.
