Open Text Broadens Offering to Incorporate Adobe PDF Forms

The addition of the Livelink Forms - Adobe Module expands the ability of users to collaboratively create, manage and track electronic forms and integrate those forms into workflow processes within Open Text's award-winning knowledge management application, Livelink.

Adobe, already a user of Livelink in applications that manage their corporate information, can leverage that knowledge in partnership with Open Text to develop products that are synergistic.

The Livelink Forms - Adobe Module is Web-based and platform-independent to globally support common business transactions that require structured data. Livelink's sophisticated knowledge management services support the new forms integration, providing version histories of forms and audit trails, forms security, workflow routing and searchable form data. By combining the new forms functionality with existing PDF viewing, document management and byte serving, Livelink now offers companies the most powerful electronic forms functionality for collaborative knowledge management .
