Open Text Receives U.S. Department Of Defense 5015.2 Certification For Livelink iRIMS Integration

Waterloo, ON - 1999-11-23 - Open Text Corporation (NASDAQ: OTEX, TSE: OTC), the leading provider of innovative intranet, extranet and e-community platform solutions, today announced that the Livelink®/iRIMS integration has received U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) 5015.2 pair certification for Electronic Records Management. The DOD certification is an internationally recognized standard mandatory for all Electronic Document Management solution providers to the Department of Defense.

Open Text's iRIMS product suite, obtained in the PSSoftware® Solutions Ltd. acquisition, allows organizations to manage the indexing and retrieval of corporate records at an enterprise level across multiple repositories from a Web browser.
