Publishing by KineMatik provides the tools you need to combine multiple documents into a single PDF or MS Word report. Publishing the contents of a single folder, multiple folders or folder hierarchies is possible. Configuration of Publishing Templates allows users to pick and choose the contents of the final report and determine the destination among other features. Automatically generated Table of Contents easily allows users to see the contents of the document. Templates define what object types, permissions, headers, footers, logos, color schemes and the number of folders deep to publish. Publisher Templates can be used to automatically initiate a workflow that contains the final PDF document for approval and signing routing.
