GCI Power Tools for Archiving is a true archiving method for converting no longer needed Content Server objects (such as completed workflows and audit trails) into XML objects, restoring them as XML objects in CS under RM disposition rules.
PTXA archives content such as completed or stopped Workflows, Audit Logs, and Projects as XML files that are then added back into the OpenText Content Server. PTXA then removes the original data from the OTCS tables, which can result in significant improvements in the performance of active workflows and the OTCS instance in general.
Details
PTXA installs as a CS base module and has sub-modules to support different CS object types.
