During the initial discovery session, SAP and OpenText helped Newmont understand how to solve their content management issues across the enterprise. Optima’s involvement ensured that all bases were covered in the transaction. SAP engaged Optima to further develop Business Case, ROI and KPI’s that were eventually presented to Newmont Mining’s Board and approved.
