U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Wins InfoWorld 100 Award for Solution from Open Text and Momentum Systems

Chicago, Il - 2003-11-19 - Open Text Corporation (Nasdaq: OTEX, TSX: OTC), provider of Livelink®, the leading collaboration and content management software for the global enterprise, and Momentum Systems, an Open Text Global Alliance Partner, today announced that InfoWorld Magazine has honored the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) with an InfoWorld 100 Award.

This year's InfoWorld 100 awards honor IT initiatives making use of innovative technology to further their organizations' goals. The EEOC received the award for its Correspondence Tracking System (CTS). Based on Open Text's Livelink, the award-winning solution converts paper documents to electronic format in compliance with the Government Paperwork Elimination Act.

Momentum Systems, a professional services company specializing in information technology and lifecycle consulting, recently became Open Text s Global Alliance Program Vertical Partner of the year for the developing the solution, called Correspondence Management with Livelink.
